In an effort to help parents follow their students' progress at school, the district is rolling out the ParentPortal in eSchool, the district's student management system.
Functions
The eSchool ParentPortal is currently available for Middle School and High School parents. It allows parents to view:
- Gradebook (Student Classroom Scores) - New*
- Attendance records
- Student schedules
- Report cards
- Progress reports
- Disciplinary actions
- Bus route numbers
- State assessments such as Regents Exams
* Recently, the Teacher Gradebook function - which allows parents to view student classroom scores - was added to the available features. Please note, at this time it is a teacher's decision whether he or she chooses to use this function.

Due to the high security required for student information, parents must first be approved to use the ParentPortal before they can access student information.
