World Book Student: For middle school thru high school students.  Includes the 22 vol World Book Encyclopedia, historical features, maps, editor-selected websites, full-text magazine articles, audios, videos, animations, United States and Canadian province links, an extensive dictionary and an atlas.

     Middle School Students

Primary Search via Kids Search - A collection of reference materials with an interface geared toward elementary and middle school users. It contains 68 full-text magazines.

     High School Students

Primary Search: Contains full- text of 57 popular, basic school magazines plus almanacs, an encyclopedia, and a dictionary.
SIRS Researcher - General reference database containing thousands of full-text articles exploring social, scientific, historic, economic, political, government and global issues.  Articles are selected from more than 1,200 domestic and international newspapers, magazines, journals and government publications.
General OneFile General OneFile: A one-stop source for news and periodical articles on a wide range of topics: business, computers, current events, economics, education, environmental issues, health care, hobbies, humanities, law, literature and art, politics, science, social science, sports, technology, and many general interest topics
Academic OneFile Academic OneFile: This database contains over 12,000 journals and reference sources, many of which are peer-reviewed and full text. It has extensive coverage of the physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature and more.
Current Events
Custom Newspapers: Search a collection of more than 900 newspapers, both national and international.
New York State Newspapers: Search this database of newspapers published in the state of New York, including the New York Times and the New York Post.
Health Information
Health Reference Center Academic Health Reference Center Academic: This health database includes over 2800 journals and magazines.  IT contains nursing and allied health journals, other medical journals, newsletters and consumer health magazines.

English/Literature

Twayne's Authors Series - Features the content of over 600 books that comprise three print series - United States Authors, English Authors, and World Authors. This series is devoted to literary critical interpretation and discussion for readers ranging from high school students through college and above.
