Band Supplies

Lesson Book:
All elementary students need Essential Elements 2000 Book 1
7th Graders will need Essential Elements 2000 Book 2

Flute: cleaning rod, cleaning cloth (handkerchief)

Clarinet: cleaning swab, cork grease, small plastic bottle (film size) for soaking reeds,
-- Elementary - box of No. 2 reeds
-- Middle School - box of No. 2 1/2 or 3 reeds

Oboe: 2 oboe reeds, cleaning swab, cork grease

Saxophone:  Cork grease, small plastic bottle (prescription or film size) for soaking reeds
-- Elementary - box of No. 2 reeds
-- Middle School - box of No. 2 1/2 or 3 reeds

Trumpet, Baritone:  valve oil, mouthpiece brush

French Horn: valve oil, mouthpiece brush

Trombone: Trombotine slide cream (1 tube will last more than a year), small plastic spray bottle

Baritone: valve oil, mouthpiece brush

Percussion: Snare Sticks 2B, snare drum or practice pad, bell kit

School Instruments
Students who will be using school instruments need to fill out an instrument loan contract.  This contract must be signed by the student and a parent/guardian before the instrument can be used.
