"A sincere artist is not one who makes a faithful
attempt to put on to canvas what is in front of him, but one who
tries to create something which is, in itself, a living thing."

Attack
of the Clones!
Mrs.
Girard's Digital Photography classes created clones of themselves.
Utilizing masks in Photoshop®, they layered pictures creating the
illusion of being in multiple places at once. Students were asked to
use the elements of space and color, to create meaning through
interaction with themselves, or to illustrate humor or a clever
concept.
Mrs.
Sheffer's and Mrs. Girard's Studio in Art classescreated Cubist works of art, drawing still-life
compositions from different points of view. They painted the works
using neutral colors they mixed, applying their knowledge of color
theory.
